Weekend of Firsts!!!

This weekend was filled of firsts for Ryker.

The 4th was Ryker's first and his first parade. Jared had to set up road blocks for the parade so we were able to go and sit front row and have front row parking. It pays to have your husband work for the city!

After the parade we headed up to Mantua to go camping. This was Ryker's first time camping. He did so well. He slept all night, every night, took his first 4-wheeler ride, and had his first bath in grandmas trailer sink! he had so mich fun playing in the dirt and just being outside! We had such a great time just sitting around and relaxing!

Catching up....

Alot has been happening around our neck of the woods. Ryker was blessed June 1, 2008. My brother Justin and nephew Dylan came down from Wyoming. My brother was able to bless him. It was such a wonderful and my brother did an excellent job!

Ryker has also learned how to do the commando crawl. He lays on his tummy and face plants and slides his body forward. You would be shocked to see how far this dude can move in a matter of minutes.

Ryker also got to sit and play on daddy's dirt bike. He loved it! He kept trying to lean forward and grab the handle bars. Who knows...maybe we have the next Travis Pastrana on our hands!

We as a family have just been busy helping Stephanie with her wedding plans. I am off for the summer from work and I have had so much fun halping Stephanie. It is even more fun then planning my own wedding!

Ryker's First Haircut!!!!

DeniLeigh came down to give Ryker his first haircut. He was getting blessed and his hair was going wild in his outfit, so we figured it was time to get it cut. He sat in his bumbo on the dishwasher. He was a great client and held very still. I was a little sad to see his long hair go, but he looks so much older and grown up now. DeniLeigh did a great job!
